Our Expectations and Important Points:
This document outlines the expectations of our
candidates when representing SupplyGo.
Communication. Communication is vital to finding you
work on your terms, regularly. We expect candidates to maintain a steady stream
of communication whilst they are working for SupplyGo. Whether it be emails,
texts or phone calls, that communication is vitally important.
Punctuality. We expect all candidates to turn up on
time, every time. We accept there are occasions that take this beyond a member
of staff’s control, but consistent lateness is something that will not be
accepted. If a candidate is running late, a phonecall to the office number is
expected so SupplyGo can relay that to the school.
Dress Code. We expect all candidates to dress
appropriately when working at a school. If you are unsure about a school’s
dress code, please get in touch with the agency and we can explain.
Marking. Marking is an expectation of every school
when an agency member of staff comes there to work. We expect all marking to be
done in accordance to the school marking policy (when suitable).
Leaving the classroom in a respectable manner. We
expect all staff to leave the classroom in a tidy and well-kept manner. You
should always leave the classroom the way you found it.
Leaving notes for the class teacher. For teachers, it
is worth bearing in mind to leave notes for the class teacher the next day.
Feedback on the class, anything piece of information they may find useful.
These things go a long way for school staff.
Leaving the school. It is very important to relay to
the school when you are leaving by letting the Office Staff know and signing
out correctly.
Be polite. We expect all members of staff to be
respectful and polite to all school staff at all times. There may be times
where you disagree with a certain method or policy, we ask that you do what is
asked of you by the school and be pleasant to all members of staff.
At SupplyGo, we wish our staff to always abide by the
values set out in this document. Our candidates are a reflection of our agency
and any breach of the values set out in this document will not be tolerated.
